Welcome hero, you've travelled far and fought a myriad of monsters and bosses, yet you can't help but shake the feeling, what if there's something missing? What if there were places hidden from mere mortal eyes? Well, worry no further because we've scoured around to find the most well known hidden areas in Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition, let's get down to brass tacks.
Overlord's Passage: Act IV, Rhodes

This secret area can only be accessed after you've obtained The Overlord, a key of sorts that has a very low drop chance from only one boss in the entire game, Hades, the dark ruler of the underworld. Fighting and defeating this boss has around about a 10% chance to drop this specific key, so you'll have to fight him a few times until you're lucky enough that it drops for you.
Once you've got The Overlord in hand head to Coastal Asomata, one of the first locations you explore in the Immortal Throne DLC. Once there you'll have to keep your eyes peeled as the door itself is carefully tucked away in the mountain behind some palm trees. It's found in a narrow passage to the left of the rebirth fountain nearest the lighthouse. Inside this dungeon you'll fight many bosses named after the developers of the game, these bosses are incredibly strong and protect a majestic chest at the end.
This chest is unique in the fact that it has a heightened chance of dropping unique and set items, and the bosses found within the dungeon also drop golden orbs, rare loot containers of sorts.
Primrose's Passage: Act V, Deep Forest

Arguably even more difficult to access than the Overlord's Passage this hidden area requires you to search high and low through the first four acts of the game in order to find the ingredients for the "Spell of Pieces". This arcane formula is found in Hades, Soronis, The Great Hall of Propontis, you'll need the eye of the grey ones in order to access this, you may have already noticed on an adventure through here before that there's a clickable basin and a rather noticeable hidden wall next to it, using the eye will give you the access you seek.
Spell Piece 1: Rhakotis Slums

This first piece of the spell is located behind a breakable wall in the Rhakotis slums, you'll have to fight through some giant scorpions and jackalmen in order to reach it, but by this point in the game you should be able to cut through them like a hot knife through scrib jelly.
Spell Piece 2: Quinba Bamboo Forest

You'll find this spell piece within the cave shown in the image above, once in hand it'll be time to move on to the final piece of the spell.
Spell Piece 3: Cave of Artemis, Cave of Apollo

Both of these caves contain pieces you'll need to complete the spell and access the dungeon, a lever and the final spell piece.
After you've located all the pieces and crafted the arcane formula you can head straight to the hidden dungeon and fight the developer bosses found within, you'll gain access to more golden orbs after defeating them as well as another majestic chest with a high chance to drop unique or set items.
And there you have it, the two most enigmatic and well hidden areas in Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition. Good luck on your search hero and go well!
